Extremely hardy Australian native groundcover forming a dense flowering carpet.

Fine-textured green foliage spreads rapidly to form a dense, weed-suppressing mat studded with delicate pink star flowers throughout the warmer months. Perfect for SE Queensland's climate:

Ideal for erosion control, mass planting and low-maintenance gardens.

Plant Guide

What to use me for: groundcover, mass planting, spilling over retaining walls, erosion control on slopes, verges, coastal gardens, underplanting for feature trees, cascading from large pots or raised planters.

I grow to: 0.1–0.2m high × 1.5–2.5m wide.

Features: soft fine foliage, masses of small pink star flowers, very fast spreading groundcover, excellent weed suppression, extremely hardy and drought tolerant once established.

Plant Care

Where to place me: Full sun–part shade.

How far to space me: 50–60cm centres.

Soil Conditions: Free-draining; tolerates a range once established.

Extra-Care: Shear back firmly every few years to refresh growth; apply slow-release feed spring.
