1) Scope & Service Area
We supply live plants and related products across South-East Queensland, from the Sunshine Coast through Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast, up to the Queensland/NSW border at Coolangatta.
2) Ordering, Quotes & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 2 business days due to live-stock variability.
- To reserve stock: 25% deposit on confirmation; 50% if delivery is within 14 days; 100% if delivery is within 7 days.
- Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Custom/contract-grown orders are not cancellable once confirmed (except as required by the Australian Consumer Law).
- If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable substitute and proceed only with your approval.
3) Delivery, Access & Redelivery
- Free local delivery on orders $150+ within our local run; other areas in SE QLD are quoted.
- Delivery windows are estimates—weather, traffic and routing may affect timing.
- Full truck access is required. Standard service is kerbside/driveway drop; further placement is at the driver’s discretion for safety.
- If the site is unattended or access is unsafe, redelivery/storage fees apply.
4) Unloading Heavy/Advanced Trees
- For pots ≥100 L or items >100 kg, you must provide suitable mechanical equipment (forklift/bobcat/crane) and a competent operator.
- If mechanical unloading isn’t available or conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule and charge additional fees.
5) Inspection on Arrival & Remedies (ACL)
- Please inspect on delivery for accuracy and transit damage.
- Report any issues within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos. Keep plants in original pots/media until we advise next steps.
- We guarantee arrival condition. Where a remedy is due, we will usually provide notification on remedy.
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns for live plants.
- After delivery/collection, responsibility for watering, planting and site conditions passes to you.
6) Biosecurity (Fire-Ant Controls)
- Due to fire-ant movement controls in SE QLD, do not return plants/soil unless we provide written instructions.
- Where a remedy is required, we will provide notification on remedy.
7) Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for costs arising from delays outside our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, third-party freight issues).
- Obligations may be suspended during events beyond our reasonable control; we’ll communicate and resume as soon as practicable.
8) Image Copyright & Use
