What this covers
This policy applies to live plants and related horticultural products purchased from us. (Non-plant goods, if sold, are handled under manufacturer warranties and the Australian Consumer Law.)
Arrival guarantee
We guarantee plants arrive in happy, healthy condition and as described. Please inspect on delivery/collection and report any issues within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos.
How to lodge a claim
Email the details above and keep plants in original pots/media until we advise next steps. Due to fire-ant biosecurity controls in SE QLD, do not return plants or soil unless we give written instructions.
Remedies (ACL)
We will advise on remedy due. If there is a major failure, we will advise remedy and as applicable under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your ACL rights.
No change-of-mind returns (live plants)
Because plants are living/perishable and subject to site conditions, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or unsuitable site conditions.
Care after delivery
Risk and responsibility for watering, planting and site conditions pass to you on delivery/collection. Losses due to heat, frost, drought, pests/disease, soil/watering issues or neglect are not covered.
Custom/contract-grown stock
Custom or contract-grown orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except as required by the ACL.
Timing and documentation
Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Please keep packaging and provide photos of each affected item (in pot and close-ups) plus any outer packaging if damaged.
