Service area
We deliver across South-East Queensland—Sunshine Coast through Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast, up to the QLD/NSW border at Coolangatta.
Timeframes
Delivery windows are estimates and are confirmed once stock and routing are set. Weather, traffic and routing may affect timing.
Access & placement
Full truck access is required. Standard service is kerbside/driveway drop; further placement is at the driver’s discretion for safety. If the site is unattended or access is unsafe, redelivery/storage fees may apply.
Heavy/advanced trees
For pots ≥100 L or items >100 kg, you must provide suitable mechanical equipment (forklift/bobcat/crane) with a competent operator. If unavailable or unsafe, we may reschedule and charges apply.
Inspection & claims
Please inspect on arrival and report any transit damage or inaccuracies within 24 hours with photos and your order number. Keep plants in original pots/media until we advise next steps.
Biosecurity
To comply with SE-Qld fire-ant controls, do not return plants or soil unless we provide written instructions.
