Plant Guide

What to use me for: statement feature in large indoor planters, patio pots, office foyers, living room corners or green divider in bright interiors.

I grow to: 3–4m high × 1.5–2m wide (smaller in pots).

Features: narrow, elegant leaves with deep green sheen, upright, columnar form ideal for confined indoor spaces, tolerates indoor conditions better than most figs, excellent air-purifying foliage and architectural silhouette.

Plant Care

Where to place me: Bright, indirect sun or dappled light. Avoid harsh afternoon sun indoors.

How far to space me: 1.5m for garden planting; one per 300–450mm pot for indoor styling.

Soil Conditions: Free-draining premium indoor or tropical potting mix with composted bark and perlite.

Extra-Care: Rotate every few months for even growth. Wipe leaves regularly to remove dust. Fertilise every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with liquid foliage feed. Avoid over-watering in winter.
