What to use me for: narrow screening, coastal planting, feature tree, tight garden spaces, avenue planting, contemporary native landscapes, windbreaks in coastal/suburban gardens.
I grow to: 6–8m high × 2–3m wide (narrow, columnar habit).
Features: salt tolerant, hardy, upright form, creamy yellow cylindrical flowers, dense evergreen foliage with silver undersides, fast establishment, excellent for tight boundaries or screening where width is limited.

Where to place me: Full sun (best) to light Part shade; ideal for coastal exposure, windy sites and poor sandy soils.
How far to space me: 1.5–2.5m centres for screens or avenues 3–4m spacing if used as a specimen tree.
Soil Conditions: Free-draining soils; thrives in sandy coastal soils; tolerates loam; dislikes heavy clay unless significantly improved.
Extra-Care: Low water once established; avoid phosphorus-rich fertilisers (use native fertiliser only); mulch well; prune lightly when young to encourage density if used for screening.
